Thank you for shopping with Peter Glanting. All items are final sale. However if your package arrives damaged a full refund will be issued or replacement product will be sent depending upon customer preference.

DAMAGES

We pack our packages very carefully, but in case of damaged products upon shipment, claim must be received within 10 days of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt and take a photo of the original damaged box so that we can contact our carrier if needed.
SHIPPING

Orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours, weekends and holidays excluded. Orders placed after 12 pm PST will be processed the following business day. Once placed, orders cannot be canceled. All items are issued tracking numbers and shipped USPS Priority Mail, which commonly takes 2-4 days to arrive.
