For Birdy Magazine, I illustrated the iconic orb from the 1979 sci-fi horror film Phantasm, collaborating closely with the editorial team to capture its eerie, otherworldly presence. The piece was crafted using brush pen and ink wash to build depth and tension, then finished with digital colors to enhance its metallic sheen and cinematic mood. The result is a vivid homage to a cult classic, blending traditional techniques with modern polish.
