Thank you for shopping with PeterGlantingDraws. All items are final sale. However if your package arrives damaged a full refund will be issued or replacement product will be sent depending upon customer preference.

We pack our packages very carefully, but in case of damaged products upon shipment, claim must be received within 10 days of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt and take a photo of the original damaged box so that we can contact our carrier if needed.

Orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours, weekends and holidays excluded. Orders placed after 12 pm PST will be processed the following business day. Once placed, orders cannot be canceled. All items are issued tracking numbers and shipped USPS Priority Mail, which commonly takes 2-4 days to arrive. Please contact us directly at peterglanting@gmail.com to inquire about expedited shipping. Peter Glanting reserves the right to cancel any order due to issues involving merchandise availability. Shipping time may vary due to availability of merchandise, in which case, the customer will be contacted directly.  Peter Glanting does not ship Internationally.
